ATHLETICS

FIA Varsity Volleyball games begin this Saturday, August 19th. Our high school athletes will host Precious International School of Davao as we compete against them for our season opener. The girls’ game will start at 8:00 am and the boys’ game will immediately follow. Come support our Eagles and enjoy some volleyball. ~~Miss Kristen Simpson, Athletic Director

HOT LUNCH (for August 25th)

Remember, Friday, August 25th IS a school day. It was marked as “no school” on the original hot lunch menu sent out in July. A follow-up menu and order form was sent out on August 4th correcting that and asking for your orders. The deadline for receiving orders for Friday, August 25th will be tomorrow (Friday, August 18th). CHILD SAFETY MEETING

If you are willing or have been asked to help here at school any time throughout the coming school year, we need you to attend our Child Safety Meeting. It is a requirement for anyone who works with students on or off campus for school-related activities. The safety of our students is extremely important to us at FIA. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 28, 1:45 pm at room 303. ~~FIA Leadership

SAT TEST UPDATE

Our testing center is now open, and seats are available. The registration deadline is September 8, 2017 for the October 7 test. If your student is in Grade 11 or 12 and is a USA citizen, they may qualify for a Fee Waiver. Please see Miss Pattison for more details. ~~Miss Karissa Pattison, Testing Coordinator
