ENROLLMENT FOR 2017-18

It is time for enrollment for next school year. The information about your intentions for next school year helps FIA personnel to better plan. This includes EVERYONE. Please fill-out and submit the attached form to the Academic Secretary (academic.secretary@fia.edu.ph). Form 1 is for those who will not return next school year and Form 2 is for those who will continue. For those families with Applying Students (new to FIA) for enrollment, please refer to the FIA website (www.fia.edu.ph) to follow the Admissions procedures outlined. For those families with Continuing or Returning Students, please help by informing the Academic Secretary (academic.secretary@fia.edu.ph) and updating information ..

TUITION AND CAPITAL FEE

We have an update this year in our tuition/capital payments. At least 30% of your total payment must be made by the 1st week of August. Depending on the date you pay and the amount you pay, you are eligible for a 1% – 5% discount on the amount paid. Please mark the payment schedule on the fee application that works best for you, and honor it your commitment. Communication with the Business Office is greatly appreciated with all capital/tuition fees. ~~Lorine Janes, Business Manager

REPORT CARDS

Report cards will be available for parents to pick up from the office. If you are out of town, please make arrangements with Juvy. She can be contacted at the Academic Office or via email at academic.secretary@fia.edu.ph. Just a reminder that accounts must be paid in full before you can receive any official documents from the school on behalf of your child. ~~Leadership Team

TERRA NOVA RESULTS

This year, ACSI has had its own issues in processing the Terra Nova Tests. The results still have not yet arrived. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

SUMMER LIBRARY HOURS

Summer library hours have been set for Monday afternoons for the months of June and July. The high school library will be open from 1:00-2:15 pm and the elementary and middle school library will be open from 2:30-4:00 pm. Hours are subject to change. Contact Kay Watts at kay.watts@fia.edu.ph if you would like to be updated on any schedule changes. Storytime for Pre-school to Grade 2 students is scheduled on Monday, June 19th, from 3:00-3:30 pm. SUMMER SPORTS PROGRAM

This summer, our sports camp will look a little different than in years past. We will have a three-day camp that incorporates Basketball, Soccer, and Volleyball. This camp will be open for all students entering grades 6-12, on July 24-26. ~~Kristen Simpson, Incoming Athletic Director
